Hi! My name is Sarah. I love to cook and bake, and I love spectacle. and I love combining things that are tasty with things that are pretty.

I have a love/hate relationship with baking bread – aka making bricks – and I will be cataloguing my eventual success here. I also love cooking with my kid, who is 3 and just likes to dump things in and help “Stir.” She’s learning that individual ingredients don’t usually taste good by themselves, unless they are sugar. Sugar always tastes good.

I live in Baltimore MD, so everything is going to have to be crab themed.
